Mark Rutte, Secretary General of NATO, confirmed the position of Trump negotiator Steven Witkoff that Iran was on the brink of developing a nuclear weapon.<\/p>\n
Commenting on the current U.S-led war on the Iranian regime, Rutte acknowledged, \u201cNATO is not itself involved, but let\u2019s be absolutely clear-eyed to what\u2019s happening here: Iran is close to getting its hands on a nuclear capability and a ballistic missile capability, which is both a threat to not only the region, the Middle East, including posing an existential threat to Israel, but it is also posing a new threat to us here in Europe.\u201d<\/p>\n
