Another illegal immigrant has been accused of murder in Virginia.<\/p>\n
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) identified Anibal Armando Chavarria Muy, 38, who allegedly repeatedly stabbed a man to death in Fairfax County Sunday, as a \u201ccriminal illegal alien from Guatemala,\u201d according<\/a> to ABC7.<\/p>\n Authorities found the victim inside a home with multiple stab wounds in his upper body Sunday, ABC7 reported. He later died at the hospital.<\/p>\n Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) lodged a detainer with the Fairfax County Sheriff\u2019s Office, which has notoriously flouted the federal immigration agency\u2019s demands to hand over illegal immigrant criminals.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, DHS has placed the blame on Democratic Governor Abigail Spanberger for the tragic killing, calling her out for another recent murder by an illegal immigrant.<\/p>\n Sierra Leone national Abdul Jalloh, 32, who had 30 prior arrests, allegedly murdered 41-year-old mother Stephanie Minter at a Fairfax County bus stop last month. Jalloh\u2019s rap sheet included arrests for rape, malicious wounding, assault, drug possession, identity theft, trespassing, larceny, firing a weapon, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and pickpocketing, according to DHS.<\/p>\n Spanberger earlier said ICE\u2019s detainer for Jalloh\u2019s arrest wouldn\u2019t be enough for local law enforcement to hand him over to immigration authorities for deportation.<\/p>\n \u201cICE is calling on Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger and Virginia\u2019s sanctuary politicians to not release this murderer back into our communities,\u201d DHS Acting Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs Lauren Bis told ABC7. \u201cThis incident comes just one month after an innocent woman was murdered by another criminal illegal alien at a bus stop in Spanberger\u2019s state. Open-border policies yet again have caused another preventable tragedy.\u201d<\/p>\n When Spanberger entered office, she ended a cooperation agreement between state and local law enforcement and ICE. The day after Minter\u2019s murder, the governor characterized ICE as \u201cunaccountable agents\u201d who \u201cterrorize our communities\u201d in the Democratic response to the State of the Union.<\/p>\n In almost every one of Jalloh\u2019s previous cases, Fairfax County Commonwealth\u2019s Attorney Steve Descano\u2019s office dropped the charges, ABC7 previously reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n Authorities also previously warned about the dangers he posed to the community.<\/p>\n An officer with the Fairfax County Police Department notified Descano\u2019s office in November, cautioning that he could continue to commit crimes if he\u2019s released, according to emails obtained by 7News reporter Nick Minock.<\/p>\n
