Outrage erupted this week after a gay Grammy Award-winning singer appeared to mock his baby who cried out for his mom in a viral video.<\/span><\/p>\n A video posted Wednesday<\/a> by country singer Shane McAnally shows a baby being asked if he wants his \u201cdada\u201d or \u201cpapa\u201d before he begins crying after being told \u201cthere is no mama.\u201d McAnally, who has won four Grammy Awards, has previously made fun of his baby for being \u201chomophobic.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cHey, hey. \u2029Who do you want? Dada or Papa?\u201d McAnally\u2019s baby is asked in the video before he appears to reply \u201cmama\u201d as the men laugh.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cNo, Mama, do you want Dada or Pop?\u201d the baby is asked again. \u201cWho do you want? Dada or Pop?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n The baby again appears to ask for his mother before the man says, \u201cThere is no mama. I\u2019m so sorry.\u201d After the baby starts crying, the two men laugh at the reaction as they tell him he has \u201ctwo choices,\u201d but no mother. The video was captioned \u201cwho\u2019s gonna tell him?\u201d with the hashtags \u201ccomedy\u201d and \u201cstandup.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n The video quickly racked up tens of thousands of views after it was posted to X and hundreds of comments on Instagram with many criticizing the men for laughing at the baby\u2019s desire for his mom.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThe most horrifying video I\u2019ve ever seen in my life,\u201d said Daily Wire host Michael Knowles.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThis video ignites disgust and anger on a primal level.
