A transgender-identifying man in Wiconisco Township, Pennsylvania, made a video complaining about being unable to afford \u201cbottom surgery\u201d in the United States.<\/span><\/p>\n Stephanie Fritsch, an election official who moved from Las Vegas to a small town in Pennsylvania after \u201ctransitioning,\u201d was discovered ranting about not having sufficient funds to mutilate his body domestically.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI have tried for a very long time to get my bottom surgery,\u201d Fritsch <\/span>said<\/span><\/a> in a video surfaced by Libs of TikTok. \u201cUnfortunately, it\u2019s been out of my affordability level for a very long time.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Stephanie Fritsch is in charge of elections in Wiconisco Township, Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n He complains that he might have to travel to Thailand to chop off his d*ck because it\u2019s too expensive in America<\/p>\n This elected official oversees elections\u2026 pic.twitter.com\/0O5ZG9kZMi<\/a><\/p>\n \u2014 Libs of TikTok (@libsoftiktok) April 20, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n Bottom surgery generally refers to operations on the genitals intended to bring a person\u2019s physical anatomy in line with their gender identity. He went on to say he\u2019s disabled and on assistance, but still can\u2019t afford the surgery he wants.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m grateful to have Medicare, but at the end of the day, it\u2019s not enough,\u201d he went on. \u201c\u2026the bottom line is, it would be cheaper for me to go to Thailand or Canada to get my bottom surgery than in America.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Fritsch, who describes<\/a> his political affiliation as \u201cnon partisan,\u201d said he\u2019s trying to \u201craise some money\u201d to travel abroad for the surgery.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s kind of hard to unpack the reality that I have to fly halfway around the world to get a medically necessary procedure instead of getting it done in America. Could you imagine having to go to get a procedure in another country?\u201d Fritsch complained.<\/span><\/p>\n The video circulated widely online, prompting criticism from some commenters who questioned his role as an election official.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThis man obviously has some issues. Why has he been elected to oversee anything. He can\u2019t even oversee his own mental health!\u201d one person <\/span>wrote<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThere are so many things wrong with this. First, that he is \u2018in charge of elections,\u2019 much less anything. Then, calling this elective surgery a \u2018medically necessary surgery.\u2019 We have got to quit going along with these people and their mental illness,\u201d another X commenter <\/span>agreed<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cHow does anyone vote for a person like this?
