By February 3, however, he had already been handed his second role: Acting Administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). The day after White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt began her maternity leave, for example, Rubio popped into the press room to take a photo of himself posing as the \u201cActing Press Secretary.\u201d Prompting laughter around the room, he asked the reporters who witnessed the gag to refrain from posting anything until he\u2019d had the chance to share the joke with the person for whom it was meant.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m just here to take a quick picture \u2026 you\u2019re going to ruin my joke,\u201d he complained. \u201cYou guys can\u2019t put this out, is that okay? \u2026 Can you guys hold for at least an hour, please, or you\u2019re going to ruin the joke \u2026 it\u2019s not a joke on the public, it\u2019s a joke on one person.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">\ud83d\udea8 LMFAO!
