Dirty soda refers to drink concoctions made with carbonated soft drinks added to mix-ins such as creamer, flavor syrups, fruit juice, and other unique options.

Now social media is coming down hard on Crumbl, saying the chain is promoting dangerously unhealthy menu options. The standard 32 ounce dirty soda creations contain between 300 to 700 calories and 50 to 150 grams of sugar, though specific numbers depend on the syrups, heavy cream, and base sodas for the order.

The menu option getting the most attention is called Crazy Cousins, which combines Red Bull, Mountain Dew, pineapple, strawberry puree, and coconut cream.
